FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

You need to register for the full conference. You can select your activities and social events but the morning sessions are packaged as one ticket. Partners or social delegates can select the social events they’d like to attend.

All registration materials will be collected at our Welcome Reception. If you are unable to attend the Welcome Reception, please contact membership@selfstorage.com.au

Partners are welcome to attend the social aspects of the Summit and can register as a social delegate via the registration form. If you’re bringing your family and need assistance arranging babysitting please let us know.

No, you can select if you’d like to include accommodation during the registration process.

Queenstown Airport is just 3 km from the venue.

Up to four weeks before the event, attendees who need to cancel will be refunded the full amount minus a $20 administration fee.

Up to 3 days before the event, attendees who need to cancel will be refunded the ticket price minus any committed accommodation or dining charges and a $20 administration fee.

Up to 2 days before the event, attendees can substitute a colleague or delegate their place by emailing the details of the new attendee to admin@selfstorage.com.au.

The Hilton Resort and Spa located on the shores of the Frankton Arm of Lake Wakatipu on New Zealand’s south island.

If you’re a regular on the slopes, you can bring your own skis otherwise we can arrange ski or snowboard hire for you on arrival. Either way, you’ll need to bring your own ski/snow gear.

No, you may choose to stay elsewhere in Queenstown however accommodation is very limited at this time of year, so we recommend booking early. You can simply arrive in time for the morning sessions each day, and return to your hotel/accommodation when you’re ready.

You’ll need to make your own way to the venue from the airport. A taxi or Uber is the most convenient option.
