Yes, you can build your own ticket using the Flexi option. Add each individual event you’d like to attend plus any accommodation options to build your convention registration. This ticket is also ideal for members who are bringing their partners who would like to join for the social aspects of SYD25. If you end up building in most of the events and activities, it will be more cost effective to purchase the All Inclusive ticket!

Absolutely! Partners are welcome to attend the social aspects of the convention and can register for social events via the build your own registration form. If you’re bringing your family and need assistance arranging babysitting, please let us know.

No, simply indicate that you’d like to include accommodation during the registration process and we will secure the accommodation booking for you.  

Alternatively, you can make your own arrangements to stay elsewhere in Sydney.

Hyatt Regency Sydney is located adjacent to Darling Harbour.

What is the closest airport?
Approximately 8km from Sydney (Kingsford Smith) Airport (Domestic & International), the hotel is accessible via taxi/rideshare, car or train. The hotel does not offer a shuttle bus service from the airport.

Do I need to book airport transfers to the venue?
Yes, you’ll need to make your own arrangements for airport transfers to and from the venue. A taxi or Uber is the most convenient option, while public transport is the most cost effective. The Town Hall Train Station is approximately 550m or 7 – 10 minutes walk.

Up to four weeks before the event, attendees who need to cancel will be refunded the full amount minus a $20 administration fee. 

Up to two days before the event, attendees can substitute a colleague or delegate their place by emailing the details of the new attendee to admin@selfstorage.com.au.
