What's included in the Full Registration?

The golf package, women in storage and dine with an industry leader can be purchased separately during the registration process. Accommodation is also available to book during the registration process.

Can I just book for one day or an event?

Yes, you can build your own ticket using the Flexi option. Add each individual event you’d like to attend plus any accommodation options to build your convention registration. This ticket is also ideal for members who are bringing their partners who would like to join for the social aspects of GC24. If you end up building in most of the events and activities, it will be more cost effective to purchase the All Inclusive ticket!

Do I need to be a member to attend?

Yes, this is a members-only event. To join SSAA please visit the website and select “Become A Member” to join online, or contact membership@selfstorage.com.au.

Can I bring my partner/family/children?

Absolutely! Partners are welcome to attend the social aspects of the convention and can register for social events via the build your own registration form. If you’re bringing your family and need assistance arranging babysitting, please let us know.

Do I need to make hotel reservations?

No, simply indicate that you’d like to include accommodation during the registration process and we will secure the accommodation booking for you. There are two room types available – King Room or Twin Share.

Alternatively, you can make your own arrangements to stay elsewhere on the Gold Coast.

Travel Details

What is the closest airport?
The closest airports are Gold Coast Airport at Coolangatta or Brisbane Airport (Domestic and International). The JW Marriott is approximately 45min from Coolangatta airport or 1 hour from Brisbane airport. There are a range of public transport options from each airport, plus taxi/Uber alternatives.

Do I need to book airport transfers to the venue?
Yes, you’ll need to make your own arrangements for airport transfers to and from the venue. A taxi or Uber is the most convenient option, while public transport is the most cost effective.

I need to change my registration

Please contact the SSAA team at membership@selfstorage.com.au and provide the details of your current registration and the changes you’d like to make.

I need to cancel my registration

Up to four weeks before the event, attendees who need to cancel will be refunded the full amount minus a $20 administration fee.

Up to two days before the event, attendees can substitute a colleague or delegate their place by emailing the details of the new attendee to admin@selfstorage.com.au.
